WHO ARE YOU?🌌 in my very first article I am going to be talking about and giving tips to find who you really are.

If you are feeling uninspired unmotivated dull tired and like every single day of your life is boring then

you’re in need of a Rebrand it is now time to reinvent your entire life and self now as someone who is a huge beginner of self-love this process is not about letting go of yourself completely and trying to be something that you’re not, this is about loving yourself enough to say my current situation isn’t working for me and I deserve better than that whether that be my environment my opportunities my mindset my confidence my appearance Etc  this is about stepping into the version of yourself that you were always meant to be here

CHAPTER 1: understanding this is the most necessary first step to take because here we are going to understand exactly who we are and exactly who we want to be and where we’re going to get to this part of about laying out your mission and planning out your ideal life so a few ways to do this 

number one do a SWOT analysis of yourself if you don’t know what that means it’s basically this grid which is strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats and you’re going to basically analyze your

life what are your strengths what are your weaknesses which opportunities in your life can you take advantage of what is threatening you are you the one that is self-sabotaging what is getting in the way of you trying to accomplish your dreams.

 Another technique to use when understanding how you’re going to get to where you want to be is Shadow work now this is super easy all it takes is a quick Google search Pinterest search Shadow work Journal prompt get out a piece of paper and you’re going to write that answer to all of these questions this is really going to help you unpack any trauma that you might not be fully addressing or even aware of it’s going to help you move on fully from your past and be able to enter the newest era of your life without bringing in your past baggage we don’t want that AKA this process is about you finally getting out of your own way a few extra questions to ask yourself here might be

What are my insecurities and how do I self-sabotage? You know how I am holding myself back? What can I currently take advantage of? What are my talents? What do I get the most compliments on? What do people criticize me the most for and then start working on them? Everybody has talent and even when you don’t feel like you do, think of one talent you want to do and start practicing and showing up everyday. 

The third technique is creating a vision board, imagination is a huge part when setting or wanting to change. Personally, I believe that visualization and daydreaming is a great way to step up to the plate and change what you want to change. Your thoughts become your actions and your actions become your destiny. There are a couple things that help my visualization process. I like to listen to music, or watch a tv show. What I’m saying is do something that activates your imagination and do it throughout the day, always think about it because then it will soon pass. 

The Fourth technique is the scripting process which I’m going to tell you guys about in a minute eventually  1. Planning was open My Notes app and I wrote down a few headings to categorize everything I wanted to Rebrand and reinvent but each of these headings weren’t things like Beauty fashion goals finances I am writing this script in a way where I am describing My Future Self everything she does down to every single detail a great tip here is to also write it in present tense which will help speed up your manifestations, so my first heading in this reinvention script just said goals this was the broadest category and this meant that I could actually write specific things in there. It can be the biggest thing you want to do. I like to say have big dreams but realistic steps to get there.  so for example write  like hit 100K subscribers and be a full-time

social media content creator invest a specific amount of money hit a credit score of 700 plus work with these dream brands start engaging in philanthropy travel to these specific cities the list goes on and then the rest of the headings in the reinvention script go like this 

  • How does she dress?
  •  What does her work week look like? What is she doing from Monday to Friday? What happens in her free time in the evenings after work? What happens on her weekends ?
  • What are her achievements? Does she have awards, has she done interviews, has she been featured on podcasts?
  • Who does she spend time with? Does she have her dream man? Is she in networking circles does she have a really strong group of Besties who are like in the business space?
  •  How is her health? Does she take her supplements every day? What does her diet look like and what’s her Fitness?
  • What does her routine look like? 
  • What are her income streams? We are aiming for at least four streams, so we’re talking affiliate marketing her nine to five, her side hustle her various Investments and finally what are her expenses? 

How are you actually gonna get from A to B you can’t just say oh now is my Rebrand era 

So this is my goal. I’m gonna do it, how is it magically gonna happen if it hasn’t happened so far in my life so instead you have to create a solution to be able to bring this brand new habit into your life effortlessly. Here are a couple  examples of  techniques.

  • If you have a  slow morning routine  reward yourself  the second u wake up early. You have to have something to look forward to so you could make yourself a nice matchup.
  •  You  could go on a walk and watch your favorite tv show  and it will take  the

pressure out of it. 

 (You have to take this so serious) but also what you need to consider is taking each

habit week by week

The  first week just focus on waking up earlier

 The second week, wake up earlier and then go to the gym once you’ve woken up early. 

The third week will wake up early go to the gym and eat healthy 

You’re building up slowly some more examples on how you can stay disciplined and create solutions to be able to get from your A to B is there is no going back now this is your time where you’re entering a new era and phase of your life there’s literally no route for you to get back to where you used to be.


🌟👽 Welcome to the New Era👽🌟 In my #2 article I’m going to be talking about beauty,looks and health.This article will fully give you a direction to start glowing up.

 You all know I couldn’t leave this out but I’m not gonna spend too long talking about it because we are all about the mental glow up but this chapter is going to be split up into three sections. Health. Beauty. and Fashion 

HEALTH. I want to say first of all that in today’s society it’s a huge talk and crisis around health and mental health. We all need to get out of the cycle of romancing mental health and making it into an idol or an aesthetic but remember you are loved and I love you.   

What does your best self’s diet consist of those fries or soda aren’t doing you any good okay and  live by this like treat yourself and food is not your enemy however you should follow the 80 20 rule which is 80 of the time you’ve got to follow a good healthy diet nothing about calorie counting or having to lose a certain amount of weight just fueling your body with the best nutrients out there and then the other 20 of the time you can indulge and treat yourself because you deserve it.  What you

eat you are going to feel and look your best in the long run so please just trust in your health and treat your body like a temple and the last essential step when it comes to health is take your supplements stop skipping out on this step.  

2. APPEARANCE

Start building yourself capsule wardrobe around what you  envision your dream future self to be

Wearing. You can envision this by creating a pinterest board and getting ideas to create a wardrobe that is you and not the trends in society or the peer pressure of belonging to a certain inner circle. Being authentic and yourself will draw others near you, the right people will find you. 

3. BEAUTY 

Beauty is not only on the outside but also on the inside. You don’t; have to wear lots of makeup to be beautiful, you can wear all the makeup in the world but if you are inconsiderate to others it will make you always ugly. If you want to learn makeup you can always watch tutorials on youtube or tik tok to elevate your look. In this chapter I mainly want to touch on hygiene.  Hygiene is something that is essential and sometimes I know that it is easy to neglect. If you find it hard to embrace hygiene. Here are a couple techniques.

  1. Make your environment peaceful or play something comforting that brings you comfort when you do it.
  • 2. Set Small, Achievable Goals: Start with small and achievable hygiene goals. For instance, aim to brush your teeth every day for a week or take a shower every other day. Setting realistic goals can help you build confidence and motivation as you achieve them, making it easier to tackle more complex hygiene tasks later on.
  • 3. Establish a Routine: Establishing a daily routine can provide structure and make it easier to remember to practice good hygiene. Create a schedule that incorporates hygiene activities, such as brushing your teeth, taking a shower, washing your hands, and changing clothes. Consistency can help form habits and make these activities feel more natural over time.
  • 4. Use Visual Reminders and Cues: Place visual reminders in your living space to prompt hygiene-related actions. For example, you could put up a sticky note on your bathroom mirror to remind you to brush your teeth or set an alarm on your phone to signal when it’s time to take a shower. Visual cues can serve as helpful prompts until these activities become ingrained habits.

Hygiene consists of 5 things. Brushing your teeth,Skin Care,body care, hair care and even environmental care- such as doing laundry(make sure to do your sheets weekly and your bedding once a month)  Everyone is different to hygiene so find products that fit your skin, you can do some research on tiktok or youtube.  

Here is an example of a complete routine to keep your hygiene in check.

  1. Brush your teeth 2x a day(don’t forget to floss and gargle) if you’re out in public carry a little floss or gum so your breath is fresh. Change your toothbrush every 2-6 months
  2. Do skincare morning and night(don’t touch your face or poke at your pimples)
  3. Have a day in the weekday or weekend to do laundry(clothing and sheets) have a specific date in the month to do all your bedding(all the blankets and yes even pillows)
  4. Clean your space daily( then once a week or couple weeks have a super clean day where you clean your space fully) 
  5. bodycare at least 1x a day(carry around deodorant or a scent to spruce up once in awhile) With haircare make sure your hairs brushed and smells nicely as well

In the last 2 articles I am going to be talking about mindset and passion. These to articles will help you find out what you really want in life and make you sure fire on your way to success.✨✨✨🌟

These mindset tips

are my personal favorite and this chapter is split into three sections.1 undoing the negative ,2.incorporating the positive and 3. boundaries. 

  1. when it comes to undoing the negative it’s very simple okay it’s like what I talked about before doing your Shadow work doing your analysis and eliminating all threats okay you don’t want anything any obstacles getting in the way of your mission to becoming your best self so

I’m talking about blocking out your exes and deleting pictures of anyone that’s no longer in your life. I don’t care how great the relationship was or how much love you had for them. I have personally done this and it took me a long time to do it. I get it especially if you attach to Memories but the memory of them will always live in your head and they’re always going to be a part of your life

experience but you don’t need that clutter in your phone of someone who didn’t respect you who wasn’t there for you who didn’t align with you they’re not a part of your journey anymore Let it go so then you can signal to yourself that you’re stepping into a new era and you’re not bringing in any of that baggage into it be self-aware identify your insecurities and start working back from them same again with self-limiting beliefs oh but I can’t do this but it’s easy for you to say because you have to build abundance mindset that you are constantly speaking positive words that will get rid of self-doubt  and giving your best shot in all areas of your life and lastly my favorite step change up your environment once again this is about signaling to your mind that this is a new phase we are not

following our old patterns anymore okay this is super fun you can change out your bedroom layout change out your wallpaper on your iPhone even change out your morning routine who you hang out with the shows that you watch the pad the podcast that you listen to this is the process of starting to live like your future self and leaving your old unhealthy self behind now on to incorporating the positive into your life and becoming the new and improved version of yourself.

1. one stay self-aware this is what I like to call the but what about me mindset meaning

and every situation whenever you’re frustrated with someone you’ve had a falling out an argument whatever instead of focusing on how that person’s hurt you where they went wrong what you wish they did instead you’re gonna look at yourself and you’re gonna think okay but what about me what did I say that maybe contributed to this what did I do that possibly triggered that person it’s not

about saying that the entire thing is your fault and you’re a bad person but just looking out for your future self as well and making sure that you’re not self-sabotaging don’t let your ego run the show okay whenever I’ve been annoyed at someone I’m like am I self-sabotaging here is my trauma having a role in this do I have self-limiting beliefs about this potential friendship or this person call yourself out on it.

  1. embody the habits that you want to have and the lifestyle you want to have so this is about saying I am a rather than I Have to for example I am a person that wakes up early every day with ease and enjoys it and gets stuff done not oh I have to wake up early tomorrow you’re making it sound like a chore you’re making it sound like it’s harder than it is and you’re making it sound like it’s out of your reach you don’t have it you’re not capable of that you need to start identifying with your dream habits and your goals you are someone who can wake up early you are a business owner

you are someone who is financially abundant and so on

3. Engage with your past and your future self this is a great step because it’s all about looking at your current self from an outside perspective you’re kind of taking a step back and evaluating where you are in this present moment I find that this really takes the difficulty out decision making because you’re getting into the mind of your future self where you want to be and your past self who you’re constantly trying to make proud so if you are struggling with something and you take a step back and you get into the mind of a younger self would they be part of what you’re doing right now and how you’re acting would your future self look at you and not in approval that you’re on the right track if the answer is no to both of those questions then you know you need to change something up.

4.   Develop the I don’t give a care mindset. I am so done with you guys caring about what other people say about you. Embrace being embraced  life you know why because I embraced . You can’t listen to what other people say because they don’t have your life they don’t have your thoughts your creativity your potential that is all down to you it’s personal so stop explaining yourself to people stop sharing your goals they’re not gonna get it it’s not worth it okay I promise you if you believe in yourself you will end up getting to where you want to be and everyone around you isn’t going to be judging they’re going to be clapping and also please stop being upset about not getting attention from the wrong people okay if someone judged you made fun of you come on first of all the fact that they did that shows how ame they are you wouldn’t want to have their life. I want to be careful when having a “I don’t care attitude”. You still want to be self aware of feelings and not become bitter. 

the last step for this chapter you get to decide your emotion you get to change The Narrative of a

frustrating situation you get to decide whether or not something ruins your day you need to finally realize this and step back into your power if someone said something that was hurtful take the necessary measures you know distance yourself from them don’t give them a reaction to satisfy them realize they’re not the right person for you to be friends with associate yourself with Etc don’t be upset about it all day because they’re just not worth it turn that pain into motivation and resilience.

Chapter 2. Positivity😊✨

Confidence and positivity is something we all struggle with  exposure therapy now. This is a great confidence Builder I’m talking about getting used to being cringy and embarrassing when facing your fears. Whatever you’re going to put all of your attention into how you make other people feel.

  1. l this is my favorite step for Reinventing yourself and having your Rebrand because it makes people fall in love with you quite literally and it will help you widen your network when you’re focusing on how you make other people feel you’re asking them questions you are pouring so much attention into trying to get to know them genuinely on a deep level and actually understand the person in front of you listening to every word they say rather than being on your phone being in your head.
  1. Stop being everywhere at all times for everyone boundaries people how are

you’re gonna level up if you keep putting others first you don’t need to show up to everything I promise you you’re not missing out. the events you go to and you’re choosing what you attend on whether it aligns with your future purpose whether it aligns with your vibrational energy and where you want to be your life will become so much more peaceful because also not everyone needs to know your business okay you need to cut off access for the people who don’t align with where you want to be and I know it’s a hard pill to swallow. The next step is to identify the nonsense in your day and then remove it. This is where you need to be a little bit self-aware and take accountability as to how you sometimes self-sabotage. 

  1. Learn from others to be confident, I’m not saying compare yourself to others but learn from people that encourage you to be your best in all the areas of your life. I recommend taking baby steps. Sometimes, we have a big goal and we all got caught up with how we are going to do it. If you take baby steps it will fuel your confidence because you have everything under control. Remember it’s not about the journey but the process. Love the process and where you are going. 
  1. I recommend that you don’t be scared to reach out for help when you need it. I encourage you to express yourself through journaling and getting clarity on your thoughts and where you are at in life at the moment. If you have a faith( which I’m a christian) I recommend to fully embrace that and have set aside time to come together in your faith to gain wisdom and clarity. This will also help with how you see the world,values,morals and passion

Chapter 3: Boundaries🌸🔒

Let’s talk about boundaries, darlings! Picture this: you’re the captain of your own ship, sailing through the unpredictable sea of life. Now, what keeps your ship afloat, you ask? Boundaries, my dear friend! Boundaries are like the sturdy frame of your ship, guiding you, protecting you, and ensuring you stay on course, no matter how stormy the waters get.

So, what exactly are boundaries? Well, they’re the invisible lines that define what’s acceptable and what’s not in your interactions with others. They’re the rules you set for yourself, respecting your own needs, emotions, and values. Boundaries are your way of saying, “Hey, this is my personal space, and I deserve to be treated with love, kindness, and respect!”

Now, let’s dive into some examples, shall we?

  • Physical Boundaries: These are about respecting your personal space. It could be as simple as not allowing people to touch you without your consent. Hugs are great, but only when you’re comfortable with them!
  • Emotional Boundaries: This is all about taking responsibility for your own emotions and not letting others dictate how you feel. You’re allowed to feel whatever you feel, and nobody should make you think otherwise.
  • Time Boundaries: Your time is precious, darling! Learn to say no when you’re stretched thin. It’s not selfish; it’s self-care. Prioritize your tasks, and don’t overcommit.
  • Digital Boundaries: Ah, the digital world, where boundaries often blur. Decide when and how you want to engage with technology. Don’t let notifications rule your life. You’re in control!
  • Material Boundaries: Whether it’s your favorite dress or your secret stash of chocolates, your belongings are a part of you. Let others know when something is off-limits.

Now, how can you incorporate these fabulous boundaries into your life, you ask? It’s all about communication, baby! Be clear about your limits. Don’t be afraid to voice your needs and desires. And here’s the magical word: practice. Yes, practice setting and upholding your boundaries. It might feel strange at first, but trust me, with time, it becomes as natural as breathing.

Remember, boundaries are an act of self-love. By setting and maintaining them, you’re showing the world (and yourself) that you are worthy of love, kindness, and respect.

So, how do you start incorporating these boundaries into your fabulous life? Let me break it down for you:

1. Know Yourself:

First things first, you need to know yourself inside out. What are your values? What are your dreams? What makes you feel uncomfortable? Understanding yourself is the key to setting boundaries that truly align with who you are.

2. Learn to Say No:

Ah, the magic word! It might seem difficult at first, especially if you’re a people pleaser like me. But guess what? Saying no is an act of self-love. You don’t have to do everything for everyone else. It’s okay to prioritize your own needs and desires.

Girl, you gotta speak up! People can’t read your mind. If something makes you uncomfortable, if someone crosses a line, let them know. Use your voice with confidence and kindness. You deserve to be heard.

4. Surround Yourself with Positive Vibes:

Your vibe attracts your tribe, remember that! Surround yourself with people who respect your boundaries, who uplift you, and who bring positivity into your life. Cut off those toxic ties, and watch how your world transforms.

5. Practice Self-Care:

Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary. Set aside time for self-care rituals, whether it’s a spa day, a quiet evening with a book, or a yoga session. It’s not just about pampering; it’s about honoring your own well-being.

6. Be Patient with Yourself:

Setting boundaries is a journey, not a destination. You might slip up, and that’s okay. Don’t beat yourself up. Acknowledge your progress, celebrate your victories, and keep moving forward.
